During this CLE, offered as part of the 2021 Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Statewide Training Conference, you will learn the ins and outs of managing your IOLTA account including what funds go into the IOLTA account, how to pay bank service charges, why the bank you pick is important, who can be signer, how to apply for an exemption and how to handle unclaimed and unidentifiable funds in your IOLTA account.
