The pandemic has caused many veterans to lose their jobs and fall behind on rent. With the state moratorium on evictions ending, a surge in eviction lawsuits will begin. It is important that landlords and tenants understand what their rights and obligations are during these tumultuous times.
Toward this end, attorney Geoffrey Golub has planned a zoom presentation for November 4 at noon, titled “Representing Litigants in Residential Evictions.” The presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of the rules both landlords and tenants must follow under Florida law.
