The COVID-19 Pro Bono Network is pleased to present a complimentary training: Cultural Humility Sessions to Build Competence: a Training for Pro Bono Attorneys. This is the second in a planned series of eight rounds of training between now and June 2021.
The training will help pro bono volunteers learn the skills to better serve diverse low-income clients. It begins with three 20-minute on-demand modules (available now) covering an introduction, intersectionality, and language access.
Participants are asked to watch the modules at their convenience, ideally prior to October 15, 2020, and send their questions and reflections after each module to lmoy@lasnny.org and Bryant@law.cuny.edu.
More information and the links to the on-demand modules and additional training materials can be found at: nysba.org/attorneytrainingculturalhumility/
