A virtual POWER Act CLE has been scheduled to provide specialized training for attorneys that includes the basics of family law, working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and obtaining protective and additional relief as needed for survivors. Attorneys who attend this training will be encouraged to accept pro bono cases for the representation of survivors through Legal Aid affiliated pro bono programs.
