Join September's free Legal Lunchbox webinar to learn about the principles accessibility and how they help guide technology choices in the justice system.

Technology has the power to enable Access to Justice or to lock people out of the justice system altogether. When moving to a new technology, we must take into account the needs of our people including those of diverse cultural backgrounds, those with unequal access to the internet and people that use technology in diverse ways. It has been fifteen years since the Access to Justice Technology Principles were first adopted by the Washington State Supreme Court. After a two-year process, the Court has adopted a new set of Technology Principles crafted for the modern time, smart phones and artificial intelligence. Join this month’s program to learn about these principles and how they will help guide the technology choices of the justice system.
