Through Landlord Tenant Appellate Mediation Program (LTAMP), volunteer lawyers meet with parties in landlord tenant disputes that have been appealed from Municipal Court to the Court of Common Pleas before trial and attempt to bring the parties to an agreement through mediation. In this CLE course, lawyers will learn the rules of LTAMP, review landlord-tenant law, mediation techniques, the documents used at mediation and hear typical case scenarios.
Attendees MUST agree to handle at least one mediation within thirty days of the course in order to receive CLE credits.
