EVICTION 101
Basics of the eviction process for landlords and tenants. Would you like to learn more about evictions? If you answered yes, then this class is for you. You will learn the rules and procedures for the eviction process.

SMALL CLAIMS 101
How to file a Small Claims case and what to expect in court. This class will give the basic steps that are needed to file a case in small claims court and to determine if your case is eligible to file. You will also learn the forms, filing fees and county court where you will file your case.

 

SESSION 2 - 11:00 - 12:00

DEBT COLLECTION
Basic collection methods and protections from garnishments. This clinic will provide general process and procedure to judgment creditors who are attempting to collect a judgment including teh basic garnishmen procedures.In addition, judgment debtors will obtain information about protections and exemptions from garnishments.  

FAMILY LAW CLINIC

How can I enforce and/or modify court orders regarding my divorce, legal separation or custody case? If you are having issues with child support and/or spousal support, parenting time, transferring a title, and you need more information on how to modify or enforce these orders, then this clinic will walk you through the court procedures available to you. In this clinic you will learn about the basic modification procedures, as well as basic enforcement procedures related to your divorce, legal separtion or custody order.

SESSION 3 - 1:00 - 2:00

Probate 101
Settling an estate when someone has passed away. This class is probate made easy. Probate is not as complicated as you may think. When you attend this class you will learn which type of probate action to take. You will learn how to fill out the forms and what fees are required. 

How to Present Your Case
Presenting evidence and questionning witnesses.
