Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project: Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Pro Bono Volunteer Training (Philadelphia)

The Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project (CBAP) will be holding a  Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Pro Bono Volunteer Training on October 22, 2019 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM at Fox Rothschild, 2000 Market St, 20th Floor, Philadelphia, PA.

The training will cover the fundamentals of completing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition for a low-income client.

The training/CLE is free of charge and participants will receive (3) substantive CLE credits if they accept a case within six (6) months.  Additionally, CBAP is part of the Pennsylvania Pro Bono Pilot Program and as such participants are eligible for up to three (3) additional CLE credits at the completion of their pro bono Chapter 7 bankruptcy case.
