Pro Bono Wills and Advance Directives

Attorneys will work alongside Duquesne University School of Law and University of Pittsburgh School of Law students to interview clients and prepare simple wills, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.  Intake and screening will be conducted prior to the event and forms will be provided.  Volunteer notaries will be on hand to notarize documents.  Client representation will begin and end on the clinic day. Attorneys may earn CLE credit for the time spent assisting clients at the pro bono event
