This CLE is designed to promote access to justice in accordance with Rule 6.1 of the Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct by educating attorneys about available pro bono opportunities and ways to engage in pro bono activities at Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia and other non-profit legal service providers in Virginia. Attorneys will learn practice tips for handling cases for indigent clients, how to use a pro bono case management online portal to accept cases, record pro bono time, and more.
