The Bucks County Bar Association is presenting a program entitled Helping Residential Tenants Avoid Eviction on October 18, 2019 from 12:30 PM-1:30 PM at the Buck County Bar Association, 135 E State St, Doylestown, PA 18901.

Ronald Smolow, Esq. will present the CLE which will offer basic training for lawyers representing residential tenants who face eviction in PA Magisterial District Courts. The course will focus on a review of PA statutes and procedures.

CLE Credit(s): 1.0 Substantive Credit

Lunch will be provided.

This CLE is free for attorneys who volunteer to participate in the BCBA One Day Tenant Representation Program. Attorneys who attend are invited to volunteer for the BCBA One Day Tenant Representation Program.
