The York County Bar Foundation will hold its 2019 Annual Donor Recognition on October 1, 2019 from 5:30 PM-7:30 PM at the cod Gallery 226 W. Market Street, York, PA 17401.

Anne Taylor will be the featured speaker at the reception. Anne is a mentor and sponsor to incarcerated women at the York County prison. She will share her experience advocating for people who lose their freedom. Anne will be speaking about what she has seen and heard from women in the cycle of addiction and underlying trauma.

A dynamic speaker, author, and work shop facilitator, Anne’s commentary will surely emphasize the critical need for projects like the soon-to-launch Community Action for Recovery and Diversion (CARD) initiative recently approved for grant funding by the YCBF.

The receptions will also feature a summary about the work of the York Lawyers for the Arts Program, which will be presented by Kelley Gibson, President of the Cultural Alliance.
