We will be providing advice to homeless and low-income veterans with legal issues. The most common issues we see at this clinic include domestic, landlord-tenant, consumer debt, SSI and other disability benefits, expungement, and veterans benefits issues. this year, we are going to be offering a few additional services beyond advice-only, including (1) drafting criminal record-sealing forms and (2) drafting/executing simple wills or powers of attorney. Online training is available in both of these areas.
