A FREE Ask a Lawyer clinic will be held the 1st Thursday of every month from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Allegany County Department of Social Services, 1 Frederick St, Cumberland. Eligible Maryland residents will receive brief one-on-one advice on a variety of civil issues from a Maryland volunteer attorney.
