Overview
Legal Aid's custody and visitation clinics are designed to educate clients on the custody process, including visitation rights for fathers, and help them complete the required forms. Clients then represent themselves and manage their case from there. If seeking custody, cases must be an agreed change of custody.

Clinics are held bi-monthly on the third Thursday of the month.
