Attorneys interested in volunteering, learn to prepare Advance Health Care Directives, powers of attorney and instructions for healthcare decisions.

Advance Health Care Directives can be used to state preferences for health care treatment. They also allow a person to appoint a power of attorney for their health care decisions, such as funeral arrangements, and organ and tissue donation.

This class is designed to train volunteers to prepare these important end-of-life forms so that they can assist clients and volunteer in Advance Health Care Directive clinics.
