The Second Judicial District Court Pro Bono Committee and the New Mexico Legal Aid Volunteer Attorney Program hold a free legal clinic on the first Wednesday of every month, from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Second Judicial District Courthouse in Albuquerque (400 Lomas Blvd. NW) in the third floor conference room.

Topics covered include foreclosure, employee rights, landlord/tenant, consumer rights, disputes with the IRS, probate, public benefits, and more! THIS CLINIC DOES NOT INCLUDE FAMILY LAW.

Consultations are first come, first served and attendance is limited to the first 25 persons who qualify for low-income assistance. Bilingual attorneys and staff will be available.
