In this overview session, we will cover the range of issues homeowners face after a natural disaster and the tools available to attorneys assisting their clients. We will explore the different paths a case may take depending on the homeowner's situation. The session will cover practice tips and outreach strategies, homeowners and flood insurance, disaster-specific loss mitigation protections and key servicing protections.
