Legal Aid of East Tennessee in partnership with UT College of Law offers a Pro Se Divorce Legal Advice Clinic for pre-screened individuals without children. You and your spouse must be in agreement on all issues including:

    Division of personal property including vehicles
    Division of all debts currently owed by both husband and wife

THIS IS NOT A WALK-IN CLINIC.  INDIVIDUALS MUST BE PRE-SCREENED, AND MUST CONTACT LAET’S KNOXVILLE OFFICE TO GO THROUGH CLIENT INTAKE.
