Philadelphia VIP will be holding a Pro Bono Training: Landlord/Tenant on September 26, 2017, hosted by Blank Rome LLP, 130 North 18th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
This training will focus on representing a client in a landlord tenant dispute, including an overview of the law, strategies and defenses.
This training will start with a choice of one of two sessions: “Nuts and Bolts: Taking a Landlord Tenant case in Municipal Court” or “Changes in the Law and Advanced Strategies.” The training will conclude with a joint session to discuss general negotiation techniques and possible outcomes for a landlord-tenant case.
