Corporate Pro Bono Day provides small businesses from the Women’s Business Development Center: Fasttrac NewVenture Program with the opportunity to discuss immediate and on-going legal matters with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and corporate counsel attorneys at no cost. Prior to the counseling sessions, attorneys from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius  LLP will provide all volunteers with a free 1-hour CLE about legal issues and types of entities when starting up a small business.
