The Saint Clair County Bar Association will be hosting a veterans legal clinic on October 19, 2016 at the Col. Robert L. Howard State Veterans Home, 7054 Veterans Parkway, Pell City, Al 35125. Volunteer Attorneys will be answering general legal questions and providing assistance with basic estate planning issues.
