There is no fee to attend this CLE. Attendees agree to take a pro bono bankruptcy matter from one of the following: Bay Area Volunteer Lawyers Program (BAVLP or BAVLP NW); St. Michael's Legal Clinic; the Middle District's Legal Assistance Program; a Bankruptcy Judge from the Middle District; the Community Law Program; Legal Aid of Manasota; or to provide pro bono services at the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association's Pro Bono Bankruptcy Clinic. Seminar is hosted by Bay Area Legal Services; Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association; Hillsborough County Bar Association; and U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida. Registration includes: morning coffee and tea service, boxed lunch featuring a bankruptcy judicial panel discussion, and a networking happy hour (happy hour sponsored by Blanchard Law, P.A.).
