Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and the Bucks County Bar Association will be presenting a CLE program entitled Criminal Record Relief: Expungement and Limited Access on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  at the Bucks County Bar Association.

This one credit CLE will cover both expungement law and procedure and Pa.'s new limited access law coming into effect in November. The new law will allow individuals to petition the court for an order of limited access to information about certain second- and third degree misdemeanors provided those individuals have completed all sentencing requirements and have no arrests or convictions thereafter for at least 10 years.
