It will focus on landlord-tenant issues, including an overview of the Virginia Landlord-Tenant Act, addressing landlord abuses , protecting against public utilities shut-offs, and spotting issues when defending against eviction . Marty Wegbreit, Director of Litigation with the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society will be the instructor for this webinar.
