Our family law training series for volunteer attorneys has grown! We are pleased to introduce Family Law 103 which will cover the following topics:
- Joint Petition for Divorce
- Complaint for Custody, Support and Visitation
- Complaint for Modification
- Complaint for Contempt
- Co-Motion for modifying child support when there are full DOR services
These are topics that frequently come up at our family law clinic as well as in domestic relations practice. The training will include sample pleadings and tips from an experienced family law attorney.
