The Duquesne University School of Law Civil Rights Clinic and Pro Bono Program will offer an information session on the adult expungement process and pardon process in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The clinic professor and volunteer students will meet with individuals to review their criminal history to determine if they would benefit from an expungement and / or pardon to better their opportunities for employment, education, or housing. Those individuals who qualify under the established clinic income guidelines may be taken on as clients of the clinic and pro bono programs.
