Program Information:
The LACBA Veterans Legal Services Project is offering a special training session to Barristers and other LACBA members who wish to volunteer at the monthly veterans legal clinic offered by the Project. This training session offers 1.5 hours of CLE credit and is conveniently being held during happy hour at a venue with over 200 beers on tap. Volunteers must complete this training in order to participate in the October 21st Barristers co-sponsored clinic

Attorney volunteers provide a highly valuable service to a vulnerable population of veterans and current armed services personnel, and gain expertise in the areas of law serviced by the Veterans Legal Services Project. No previous experience is required. Attendees who complete this training will have the opportunity to register as a volunteer for future Veterans Legal Services Project clinics.
