The NJSBA celebrated pro bono providers and honored Pro Bono Award winners at the 7th Annual Pro Bono Conference on Oct. 21 at the New Jersey Law Center. New Jersey Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner was on hand and joined NJSBA President Paris P. Eliades in presenting the awards to David Harris, Esq. of Lowenstein Sandler, Michael Pasquale, Esq. of McCarter & English and John Preziosi, Esq. for The Children's SSI Pro Bono Practice Group at Pepper Hamilton. The program features remarks from Chief Justice Rabner and a CLE seminar on the ethical issues specific to pro bono practice, including confidentiality and conflicts of interest.
