This seminar designed to assist recently appointed attorneys in these interesting but often challenging cases and all attorneys with an interest in such cases. The seminar will concentrate on an effective, economical and efficient approach that will benefit attorneys, especially the less experienced, in all types of litigation, not just prisoner civil rights cases!

Attorneys will earn 5 MCLE credits (including .5 ethics credits) for participating in this training.
