Get out in front and learn what you need to represent the thousands of low-income seniors facing property tax foreclosure. SeniorLAW Center attorneys will walk you through the tax ordinance as well as the complex regulations governing delinquent taxes and reverse mortgages. You will be given all the tools you need to protect seniors from losing their homes to tax or reverse mortgage foreclosure.

On October 15, 2013, Philadelphia's first-ever Real Estate Tax Collections Ordinance will go into effect, which will drastically impact property tax and reverse mortgage foreclosures.
