Join us to learn about the commercial, consumer, and bankruptcy law issues affecting members of the military. Our panel will address due process considerations concerning deployed military personnel and other protective aspects of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. Members of the military may be protected from judgments and liens in certain cases - learn when and how.
