Legal Aid of Arkansas will be assisting with the fifth annual HOPE 2013 at Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The event will be a one-stop resource for area homeless, who will have access to haircuts, eye exams, groceries, dental exams, veteran services, free lunch, and free legal advice. Legal advice will be provided by Legal Aid of Arkansas and the members of the Equal Access to Justice Panel.
