Public Interest Law Section Lunch & Learn: Making Change: Strategies for Impact Litigation

This Lunch and Learn will explore strategies for litigation aimed at creating law reform and advancing social justice in our communities. Together, the panelists bring decades of experience doing impact litigation from both a public interest and a private firm perspective. Among the issues that the panelists may address are: identifying the right case; strategic pleading; the role of amicus briefs; coalition litigation; settlement considerations; the use of public advocacy and the media; and litigation to achieve legislative change.
