The Legal Project's first annual Pro Bono Awards Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at The Century House in Latham, NY from 11:30 am-1:30 pm. Volunteers and community partners who have gone above and beyond to promote pro bono and access to justice in our community and elsewhere will be honored. Among other worthy awardees, the Legal Project Champion Award will be presented to NY Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, in recognition of his leadership in supporting civil legal services and pro bono, specifically, assistance for homeowners facing foreclosure.
