Bring your lunch and learn about Simple Wills. This training will cover drafting simple wills, common issues, special considerations, and practice tips for the pro bono attorney. Upon the completion of the training, pro bono attorneys can accept a case through Legal Aid Society's Partnership in Pro Bono Project (if available).

These trainings are offered free of charge to attorneys interested in taking a pro bono case with Legal Aid. Each course has been approved for a 1 hour credit for both Hawaii and California CLE credit. Attendees will receive 1 VCLE credit for Hawaii which may be
converted to 1 MCPE credit upon the completion of a pro bono case with Legal Aid.
