The Law and Education of Children with Disabilities—Part II Event

This two hour presentation is a continuation of the earlier Part I training held in August. Part II will provide an overview of the laws requiring public education for children with disabilities - the Individuals with Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Colorado's Exceptional Children's Education Act. And, more specifically, the faculty will cover the Individualized Education Program.
