Volunteer attorneys from a law firm, affinity group or specialty practice area staff this weeknight clinic. The attorneys conduct an interview with a client, typically pre-screened by both Legal Aid and the group of attorneys. After an assessment of the issues, the volunteer attorney can either accept the case for representation or attorneys advise and refer the client.
