4th Annual Homeless Outreach Event. It is a one stop resource event for area homeless: haircuts, eye exams, groceries, dental exams, Veteran Serivces, free lunch and free legal advice . The legal advice is provided by Legal Aid of Arkansas and members of the Equal Access to Justice Panel.
