This program is designed to assist volunteer attorneys in working with low income clients in bankruptcy proceedings. It will focus on basic filing issues, avoiding judicial liens, and other practical considerations for reduced fee and pro bono representation. The training will also include a description of the pro bono projects initiated and sustained by the Pro Bono Bankruptcy Committee led by Bankruptcy Judge John Hoffman.
