Concordia University School of Law has planned its first National Pro Bono Celebration with a week full of events to celebrate and encourage pro bono service. Our students are planning service projects in collaboration with local pro bono service providers. We are hosting a breakfast CLE on October 23rd entitled "Tools for Managing Your Pro Bono Practice" in collaboration with the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program. We will dedicate our new law school building on October 25th and have invited social service organizations to set up booths around our library with a passport program to encourage participation and pledges from members of our legal community. The Idaho Pro Bono Commission has also proposed a resolution commemorating National Pro Bono Week for publication in The Advocate, the Official Publication of the Idaho State Bar.

  • CLE Credit Comments: 1 hour of CLE credit is pending for "Tools for Managing Your Pro Bono Practice," a panel discussion by local judges and lawyers committed to pro bono service.
