The Cleveland Homeless Legal Assistance Program is a partnership program of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Committee to Aid the Homeless and the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH). CHLAP aims to provide pro bono legal assistance to homeless and at-risk individuals.

Volunteers provide a variety of services, including shelter site intake interviews, brief advice and information service, and direct representation in matters requiring further service. Volunteers help individuals with civil legal issues.

No appointment necessary. First come, first served. This clinic will be staffed by CHLAP volunteers.
