This CLE is designed to provide attorneys with a basic understanding of the legal issues associated with getting unemployed Ohio residents back to work.
Legal Aid continues to see large numbers of people that want to gain meaningful employment, but bump against legal obstacles preventing them from working.
The CLE seeks to provide attorneys with instruction on how to handle these issues in a clinic or standard attorney client setting.

  • CLE Credit Comments: Please visit www.communitylegalaid.org to register. CLEs are offered free to attorneys who agree to volunteer on one pro bono case or at a Counsel and Advice Clinic. They are open to current volunteers and to attorneys who commit to accept a pro bono referral or staff a clinic in the next year.
