The State Bar of South Dakota's Legal Services Committee, East River Legal Services and Access to Justice (A2J) have partnered on a "Wills/Advance Directives" project that enables senior citizens in the greater Sioux Falls area who meet income guidelines to get free legal help with the preparation of simple wills and advance directives by attorney volunteers. This project is being launched during National Celebration of Pro Bono week and is an on-going project that will run through the end of A2J's current strategic plan on 12/31/15.
