This continuing legal education opportunity will feature opening remarks from Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Lori Gildea and MSBA President Terry Votel. Legal practitioners will present on consumer law issues, working with low-income clients, and unbundled legal services. Over the lunch hour, breakout sessions will be co-sponsored by law firms and legal services programs on topics including criminal expungement, asylum law and practice, criminal defense cases, advocacy and the juvenile court system, nonprofit law, and vehicle titles.
