On Monday, October 25, 2010, Williams Mullen, in conjunction with Legal Aid of North Carolina, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, and the Raleigh Housing Authority, will be hosting a "Wills for Seniors" program for residents of Glenwood Towers.
Participants in the program, all residents of Glenwood Towers, will receive complementary estate plans consisting of a will, a general power of attorney, a health care power of attorney and an advanced medical directive. Each participant will interview with a team consisting of a Williams Mullen attorney and Campbell University Law Student, and the team will prepare and facilitate the execution of all documents for each participant that same day.
