The event will be a breakfast program, starting at 8:45 a.m. We will be presenting a panel of ethics experts, including Hon. Fern A. Fisher, Deputy Chief Administrative Judge and Executive Director of the NYS Courts Access to Justice Program, Jeremy Feinberg, Esq., Statewide Special Counsel for Ethics for the Unified Court System, and Pery Krinsky, Esq., Law Offices of Michael Ross, to discuss ethics issues that arise in pro bono practice, including unbundled legal services, conflicts, ghost writing, and where to get help when other ethics concerns arise. Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up to serve in the Access to Justice Program's pro bono legal programs.

1 Ethics CLE credit will be offered for all transitional and experienced attendees. Space is limited and registration is required, so please register at rsvp@courts.state.ny.us.
