This continuing education seminar will provide attorneys with basic training in issue identification and advising clients in a clinic setting. It will also cover ethical responsibilities in a limited representation and an overview of the areas of law most commonly raised at a clinic. The course is free to attorneys who agree to accept a pro bono case in the next 12 months from Community Legal Aid and pre registration is required.
