The law firm of Williams Mullen's will conduct Wills for Seniors clinics during National Pro Bono Week (October 25th-29th) in the Raleigh, Newport News, Richmond, and Charlottesville areas. Volunteers will partner with local-area law students (Campbell, William & Mary, University of Richmond, and UVA) to provide free legal estate planning services to eligible senior citizens in Virginia and North Carolina. The senior citizens will meet with volunteer attorneys who will draft a basic will, advanced medical directive, and power of attorney. These documents will be prepared onsite and executed the same day so that they will be finalized and effective.
