This continuing legal education seminar will cover the basics of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for pro bono volunteer lawyers who participate in Community Legal Aid's Jerome L. Holub Bankruptcy Project. The course is offered free to attorneys in Summit and Mahoning (Ohio)Counties who agree to accept one case in the next 12 months.
